In memory of our friend Zane

Ealing bids a sad farewell to Zane Bondara who sadly passed away in December 2019.  We held a small memorial for her daughter Paolo and her partner Chris.

Two of the managers were present along with a couple of volunteers and a couple of service users.  We wanted her nearest and dearest to know what a big difference she made to the people who come in here for support. 

Zane was a very caring and empathetic person and she would always sit and listen to anyone and have a chat and give support when required.

She was a very thoughtful volunteer and often went out of her way for fellow volunteers as well as service users. Zane is sorely missed as she was a big part of the BOB volunteer team.  She was also a very popular Team Leader. 

We will never forget the difference that Zane made whilst volunteering here. ❤️
