Online support at 7 days a week We offer a jam-packed programme of fun-filled online activities to support your recovery. Whether it’s our Recovery Support sessions offered 5 days a week, our quizzes and games, our hands on creative groups (Art Together, Creative Skills, Play Reading, Cooking) or our well-being focused groups (Yoga, Mindfulness, Tai-Chi and more!) there’s something for everyone at Build on Belief online. Groups start at 11:00, 13:00, 15:00 and 18:00 so check out the timetable and join in! What we offer Below you find our online booklet ready for you to read or download. To join a group, simply click the pointer on the name of the group you want to join. If you use a smartphone or iPad, you might need to download the PDF first. On page 1-2 you'll find the timetable with a wide range of activities, if you scroll to page 3-4 you'll find our group boundaries - those are essential to offer a safe (online) place to everyone involved. Please feel free to share the booklet below with any of your clients or friends you feel might benefit from joining us, and together we can help support people through a difficult time.
