Professionals built the Titanic.' h Open every Saturday and Sunday from 11.00am - 4.00pm RESET, The Alma, 41 Spelman St, London E1 5LQ Build on Beliefs weekend service at The Alma in trendy Brick Lane is open from 11-4pm Saturday and Sundays. Tracey, Otilija and the BoB volunteers offer a friendly, safe and supportive space for everyone to meet others and have some fun. Hot food is served from 12-3pm and we have lots of snacks, cakes and coffee for all to enjoy. We have a hygiene bank of various toiletries which can be collected on both days. What we offer Activities in the service are growing and we currently have the following groups: SATURDAY Drop-in 11am-4pm Yoga 11.30-12.30pm Creative Writing (Online) 1-2pm Guided Meditation 2.30-3pm SUNDAY Drop-in 11am-4pm AA group 11.30-1pm Art Group 1.30-3pm So, what else do we offer? Great conversation, a place to rest and a place of safety. We also offer tasty sandwiches and toasties along with a few snacks to fill that gap and a nice mug of hot tea or coffee or even hot chocolate, mm! We are also keen to change things up a little every now and then. On our second Saturday, we made hot dogs which went down very well! In additon to the above, we offer art materials, various games, nail painting and the use of our in-house computers. We are also planning some trips out when the weather allows us, such as visiting the Tower of London, Brick Lane Jazz Festival, Tate Gallery and having picnics in the park. We are hoping to incorporate some of your ideas into the hub, really putting our firm stamp on the map. Maybe you are creative? We already have a couple of great artists! Maybe, you enjoy growing plants from seed? Or even enjoy cooking a wholesome meal? Whatever you can offer, come and have a chat. We would love to welcome you.
