The church is a wonderful space, with a lovely kitchen area where the kindly volunteers cook breakfast for our service users. With a large sports hall, there is a regular circuit training group, a badminton club and regular table tennis. It's the perfect way to start a weekend; a little gentle exercise to work up and appetite, followed by breakfast and a few games, all in the company of the volunteer team and your peers.
