Service Support Worker in Harrow

I first came to Build on Belief as a service user in Harrow, where I found a supportive community that helped me grow in confidence and take positive steps forward. I later became a volunteer and then a Volunteer Team Leader. During this time, I discovered how much I enjoy helping others feel understood and included. I have now become a Support Worker in Harrow, where I provide calm, person-centred support and help keep the service running smoothly.

Build on Belief has played a significant role in my own growth, giving me the opportunity to develop both personally and professionally. I am passionate about creating a welcoming environment where individuals feel valued, respected, listened to, and able to progress at their own pace.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and maintaining a balanced and grounded lifestyle.
