Hi there, My name is Jess and I have more than 10 years experience in the Education sector, I have always been passionate about the idea of creating change and providing learning opportunities.

After moving to the UK I decided to use that same passion but outside the classroom and I started volunteering, listening to the struggles and dreams of people from all kinds of backgrounds and needs and finding ways to support them.

That volunteering experience caused in me a desire to pursue a new career in the charity sector and that’s when I first came across Build on Belief. I could relate straight away with many of the stories I read and heard, I personally understand the effects of addiction on people and their families and to be part of this team is my absolute pleasure. 

I deeply believe in Bob’s values and ethos and I also believe we are all educators who have something to teach and learn if we are just open to it.
