WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?

  • 1 food processor or mixer with sharp blades (be careful working with sharp objects)
  • 1 sharp knife
  • 1 chopping board
  • 1 appropriate container/transparent cup with a maximum line

INGREDIENTS

  • A small handful frozen berries 
  • A small handful frozen apples previously cut 
  • Ginger piece the size of your thumb
  • 1 tbsp Turmeric but if you can get fresh turmeric Half thumb size
  • 1/2 a peeled orange
  • 1 peeled Satsuma
  • 2 good squirts of honey manuka if you have it
  • 1 tbsp Chia powder 
  • 1 tbsp Macca powder 
  • *turmeric, ginger, chia powder, macca powder vary in price, try to get a deal on the penny sales or buy one get one free/ half price

HOW TO DO?

  1. Chop fruit appropriately the day before and pop them into the freezer
  2. Empty all ingredients into the neutral bullet large cup
  3. Add cold water up to the maximum line provided
  4. Blitz for 25 to 30 seconds
  5. You can add lemons or limes
  6. You can also add celery, peanut butter to alter the taste
  7. Plus you can add banana in frozen chunks and plumb in frozen chunks

RESULT

It's a refreshing cold healthy immune system boosting soft drink - similar to a meal.
