WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?

  • 1 large pot that can be put into the oven.
  • 1 large saucepan.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Cauliflower broken into florets
  • 2 tbsp plain flour
  • 25 mg butter or margarine
  • 250 ml milk
  • 50 mg Cheese

 HOW TO COOK

  1. Steam cauliflower florets for 5 mins. 
  2. Make sauce by whisking flour butter and milk in a pan, on the heat, until smooth and thick. 
  3. Add cheese and stir until melted.
  4. Pour over florets and put dish in oven, 200* until golden and bubbly. 
  5. Serve with salad.
