We all know there is a proven link between exercise and better physical and mental health. Physical activity is at the heart of the five ways to well-being, but lets be honest, it can be so hard to motivate yourself sometimes. 

In Hillingdon they have created a cycle club, to encourage everyone to take a little gentle exercise now and again. What better way can there be to spend a morning but to take a gentle ride around the streets in the company of your peers, before returning to the Recovery Cafe for a cup of tea and a biscuit?

Summer is here, the weather is beautiful, so why not wander down to ARCH and join them?
