Physical activity is important to physical health and mental well-being, but sometimes we just don't feel like undertaking a sporting activity. In Hillingdon they recognise this, and have introduced a walking club into their services.

Every Friday morning, under the friendly eye of our facilitator Ashton, people meet up for a gentle walk around the prettier parts of Hillingdon. Good company, the gentlest of exercise and a nice cup of coffee and a biscuit at the summer house afterwards. What is there not to like?
