As fans of the five ways to well-being we believe that a little gentle exercise can make an enormous difference to both our physical and mental health. The idea of yoga can sound challenging if it's something you've never done before, but believe us, these classes are designed with people like us in mind. 

We understand that many of the people who access Build on Belief projects are perhaps not among the fittest of people (and that includes some of the staff!) and our yoga classes take account of this.

A few simple breathing exercises and some gentle stretching, coupled with a few easy postures, and forty-five minutes fly by. Why not come and give it a try? We can promise you'll feel better afterwards.
